2002 Yossi & Jagger - September at the Cinematheque
In light of the unexpected success, Yossi & Jagger will continue to be shown at the Tel-Aviv Cinematheque on daily basis through September and probably all of October as well.
These days Yossi & Jagger is showing at the Tel-Aviv Cinematheque, staring Ohad Knoller as Yossi, and Yehuda Levi as Jagger. Yossi & Jagger, premiered at JIFF, where it won the Honorable Mention last July.
Recently, the title track song "Your Soul", composed by Ivri Lider, has been released to the radio, quickly finding its way to the top of the pop charts.
Yossi & Jagger, as well as being two officers commanding the soldiers at the outpost, are lovers, trying to keep their love affair secret. The third officer in the outpost, Ofir, is in love with Yaeli, the operations sergeant, but she has her heart set on Jagger.
Yossi & Jagger will be shown during all of September on Sunday to Wednesdays at 7pm, Thursdays at 7 pm and at midnight, Fridays at midnight, and Saturdays at 3 pm and 4:15 pm.
Yossi & Jagger will be broadcasted on TV as a part of Rishon Badrama - ICP's Original Israeli Creation strip - at the end of this year.
